ORDERS

Can I track my order online?

Yes, all items are trackable (here) and a Royal Mail Track and Trace code will be provided to you where applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted it is not possible to cancel it. If you change your mind please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

I've received an incorrect or faulty item.

Please return the item to us following the same procedure as seen in our Returns Policy. If you are returning all items ordered place a note inside the parcel stating the reason for the return.

What happens if my parcel gets lost?

If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing).

Standard UK delivery (3-5 working days) costs £3.85

UK Saver delivery (5-7 working days) costs £2.85

Next Day/Nominated Day/Saturday delivery (UK mainland only) costs £5.85

Free UK delivery is offered on orders over £50.00

European delivery (7-10 days) costs £9.79

Worldwide delivery (12-15 days) costs £19.79

How long will my item take to arrive?

Postage time can vary but we aim to have items delivered to you as soon as possible.

UK standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 working days

UK saver delivery is estimated at 5-7 working days

European delivery is estimated at 7-10 days

Worldwide delivery is estimated at 12-15 days

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to obtain a refund or exchange.

Have you received my returned items?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. Otherwise, please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you in tracking your return. If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.
