We caught up with Sam Dewhurst to and ask her just how she gets in shape!

Heres what she had to say:

A lot of the time I hear “ I don't want my legs to get big" " I just want a big bum" " muscly legs aren't nice" and to be quite honest that was ME at the start of my fitness journey! I hated the fact of lifting weights and the thought of my legs getting bigger and more muscly! The thing is, I wanted a bum... and to get a booty I KNEW I had to grow some muscle around my GLUTES to compensate and help with the growth! Remember your legs are the main building blocks connected to your glutes and the growing starts from all over.... don't get me wrong you can isolate the GLUTES which is what I do now, but to start you need to be lifting some weight to gain that main muscle underneath!!

So I started to lift heavy , squatting, leg presses, heavy deadlifts and so on, all the compound movements VITAL key for growing that peach! Yes my legs started to grow and instead of hating them, I began to appreciate the journey and the muscle I had started to develop in my body and my legs.

My work outs consist of

This circuit consisted of :
CHAIR KICK BACKS
BANDED CRAB WALKS
CHAIR LEG RAISES 
LYING DOWN SIDE CLAMS
CRAB WAlKS
ABDUCTOR SIDE KICKS 
BANDED SQUATS 
PLANK ROTATIONS 
RAISED GLUTE BRIDGES WITH BAND.
REPEAT 3/4 TIMES
