Returns & Refunds

  • To receive a refund items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition with labels and hygiene seals.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • You can return an item to be exchanged for a different colour or size, but we are unable to process any exchanges for alternative items.
  • Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Clothesminded- please ensure they are securely posted and packaged, and we recommend you obtain proof of postage in the unlikely case your order is lost on its way back to us.
  • Please ensure you enclose your completed returns note, clearly stating your contact details and order number.
  • Please note we are unable to refund any shipping charges, custom taxes or duties incurred outside of the UK.

SAMPLES ARE NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE. Samples may have light wear & tear hence the reduced prices. They are bought as seen.
